Get the url of the properties on a picture already on the net by using the right mouse button, and clicking on the properties (normally the very bottom). Type the following in the reply box:
<img src=(insert url here and close with this)>
The final product will appear like this.
<img src=http://radio.cbc.ca/programs/2newhours/images/flying_p.gif>
Without HTML, the above will appear below.

It's actually best to do it like this:
<img src=http://radio.cbc.ca/programs/2newhours/images/flying_p.gif width=250 height=240>
So the html can take the size of the picture into account before it downloads. This really only has an effect when you are clicking on a link to a specific post in a thread, if there is a picture before that post.
