I think that they are called bug chasers. It is some sort of bottom feeder badge of honor. It was some months ago but I think I ran across this in a Freep post??

Unfortunately they have privacy protection too. So no one knows. Which is understandable on some levels, but how does one avoid, say a dentist, doctor, pathologist, who has aids? I wouldn't want to go to one!

Ditto a restaurant or hairdresser. And certainly wouldn't want my child in direct contact.
