Actually, of course, some day I really should Freep with the Great Jim Robinson. So it's on my list of things to do.
Well, LOL, you're welcome *again,* but really I do enjoy playing host, and I was dying frankly to find a size 5 girl for that April Cornell coat too! And a Republican girl at that, you can't beat that.
It's regrettable about the Library of Congress, for that really is a must-see place. For next time. And Lori's right about the WWII memorial: it's must easier to visit when there's not 6 inches of snow on the ground!
Yep ... it is a must to Freep with Jim Robinson.
Why not plan a trip west in September. We have our annual picnic the second Saturday in September. We have a Support the Troops FReep the Friday night before, then dinner afterwards.
PS:
We are hoping to get back to DC in '09.
Jim Robinson says we should find a reason to go there in the spring. He didn't do much sightseeing. The snow really slowed him down.
PS
Marissa loves to wear her new coat. I will not allow her to wear it to school; it may grow legs.
We will probably go to dinner tonight and she will wear it. She will probably wear it to the Rally on Friday night. She did wear her hat to school two days. :)
