I enjoyed the trip to DC with you and Marissa so much. Now that I am back on California time and the jet lag is behind me I realize just how much fun we had and how I would have hated to have missed this adventure. Even standing in the sub-zero (well, it FELT like sub-zero!) bone-chilling cold that one afternoon waiting for our intrepid shuttle bus driver to come pick us up doesn't seem all that bad now. Just part of the adventure. LOL

You are right .... the cold was just part of the adventure. Even double tipping that intrepid shuttle bus driver is something to remember as was the hamburger you had our first night there. :)
