Hey ... International American. What's happening in the LA area?
Boy ... it is good to get back to California. I love traveling and if there had been less snow we would have loved to do more sightseeing.

Pre-inaugural Dinner, Missed Inauguration, FreeRepublic Ball, zoo, fondue dinner; shopping; tea and sightseeing .....
Whewwww ... Emily, Dumbo and Ms Puff are exhausted. Our trip must be over.

Thank you.
I was happy to find the poem so I could use that graphic again.

Thank you. How was your time in D.C. at the Inauguration?

I'm back...eating lunch now.

A friend of mine has tried to explain a bit of it.
*scratches head*
I'm not sure I understood half of it.
Gonna have to ask the boys to teach me a little of the language to be able to 'get it' a little better than I currently do.
(I did hear that "Dag" means fish.. And I recall hearing that used by sklateboarders way back in the day.)

It's a little confusing for me too.

It's getting warm here today...

Liz and the boys are very patient when trying to explain something to me.
Sometimes my brain just doesn't hold onto the info for long.
(So I end up bothering one of the boys to re-explain whatever it was again. Much to their amusement. *chuckle*)

Rather warm. But then again, it is the southern part of the state.

Sorry guys. I think the jest of it is that "Tu B'Shvat is a time for Jews to focus on "the Tree" -- the Tree of Torah and the Tree of our own spiritual growth, and our potential for growth."
