Hi...I put the disk in for the driver and started to load it....and it almost completed....but then it brought up an error stating it was corrupted. So, I went into the modem setup area and started poking around and pressed something called "QUERY THe MODEM". Well...information popped in there and I figured that was a 'good thing'. So I tried the install again and it WORKED! Query the modem! Query the modem! lol! I learned alot through this little virus corrupted computer. Will be glad to give it back to my brother who will be happy that he won't have to buy a new computer.....

I don't know if you got your answer, OR if I'm able to stay online .....

My "geek" was just here. I do NOT have a virus/worm/nuthin' like that. It's a HARDWARE issue.

You MAY want to check into that.
