I slept in an extra hour this morning. I wasn't planning on going in until noon, then I remembered that we have another one of those useless training sessions that costs the state probably hundreds of thousands of dollars quarterly and accomplishes basically nothing. I'm the only worker in the office today (I have to go to the stupid training tomorrow...the others went today), so that means I really need to go in here in a little bit. I am a really poor manager of money, but I'd bet I could do a heck of a lot better job of managing the state budget (what a joke) than whoever is actually doing it.
