A belated Happy Birthday nully!
Good morning folks. Yesterday we took a drive on a highway that we hadn't previously been on. What a nice route, through some of the valley's agricultural areas. We saw large fields of sugar cane, something of the cabbage family, and....onions! Fields and fields of onions. We saw some other crops that we werent' able to identify just from a windshield inspection.
Dotted amongst the fields were some very nice haciendas that we presume belong to the land owners.
We will be leaving here the end of this week and heading north as sloooooowly as possible. This week is our 8th week out and we will be out another month or so.
