As always... a nice witty summary of the Survivor episode - reading your summary is like watching the episode all over again (without commercials). However, you wrote:

What about Jonathan and Wanda? They weren't voted out, didn't quit or get injured. Or do you not consider them as having "played Survivor" because they were never on a tribe?

Technically, neither Jonathan or Wanda were ever picked to be on a tribe, so by default they never got to start playing the game.
But to answer your question, yes, as far as I'm concerned, since neither one of them ever got to play the game, they are not included with Bobby Jon or Paschal.
