Thanks for being so helpful with the link.....
OK guys, it's Wednesday, and I'm starting to wonder about what tomorrow night's episode holds in store for us. I am hoping, hoping, hoping that Katie goes next. I haven't seen any previews of the show and I haven't been visiting any of the spoiler sites so I have no idea of what's going to happen. My guess is that the next bootee will not be Katie, but that's just a guess.
I find Katie to be very sexy. Yeah, she's chubby but, it's working.
She seems to have gained weight when everyone else has lost it. Heck, poor Ian looks like he's going to lose his pants at any minute because he's lost so much weight.
BTW my name isn't Ian. : )
BTW my name isn't Ian. : )
Ha! That was a good one!
The Koror Tribe: Caryn, Ian, Jennifer, Katie, Tom
The Jury: Coby, The Quitter, Stephenie, Gregg
The Losers: Jonathan, Wanda, Jolanda, Ashlee, Jeff, Kim, Willard, Angie, James, Ibrehem, Bobby Jon,
Greetings fellow Survivor junkies! Its Thursday, so that means its time once again for your weekly:
Only two more episodes left!
Tonight,
And Sunday (the 15th) the 2 hour season finale, followed by the reunion show.
Tonights episode is titled: It Could All Backfire!
From the official SeeBS website, various video promos and spoiler sites across the world wide web, here is what we can expect to see tonight.
Gender lines are drawn as one group hatches a plan to vote off the Survivor who doesn't win Immunity. Since we are now down to 2 men and 3 women, this clue tells us that the women plot to boot whichever of the two men do not win immunity.
One Survivor feels betrayed when the winner of a Challenge chooses a different tribemate to enjoy the Reward. Claiming that she and Ian had an agreement that if either of them won a reward that involved sharing, the winner would share it with the other, Katie throws a hissy fit when Ian wins the Reward Challenge and chooses Tom to share it with instead of her.
By the way, if the show keeps true to form (and I see no reason that it wont), tonight will be the final Reward Challenge for the season. Which means the winner of the challenge wins a new automobile. Now spoilers over at the sucks website claim that Ian wins a red corvette. However, these same spoilers also claim to have seen a yellow Chevy SSR truck on the islands, at the same time. Now there is some speculation that says Ian is given a choice and he picks the vette. And there is also some speculation that says Ian is not given a choice, wins the vette and the truck is for Jeff to make his get-away from the final Tribal Council with the voting urn. Either way, the call is, Ian wins reward, shares with Tom, wins or chooses the vette, and the two of them spend time away from camp at a local Mansion on the Hill.
Going into Tribal Council, one Survivor holds the power and is torn between an alliance and a friendship. Which way will the vote swing? Well, we know that the promos are laying on the Ian/Katie love/hate friendship pretty thick. And we also know that the gals will plot and scheme while the men are away enjoying reward. So we can surmise that Katie is torn between the gals alliance and her friendship with Ian. And it follows that if Ian is vulnerable, than in all likelihood Tom wins Immunity.
The final Reward Challenge appears to be some type of a race across water on individual rafts. Not much else to go on here but we do see vidcaps of Ian sporting never before seen dazzlingly white shorts. Which coupled with the red vette spoiler, leads us to believe that Ian wins the final RC.
The Immunity Challenge appears to be some kind of rehash of the balance/race on an obstacle course (some parts are over water) with the players racing in both directions. We are treated to lots of shots of intense concentration and one particularly nasty shot of Tom taking a tumble. Dont let this confuse you though, since as I stated above, Tom wins Immunity.
Well, there you have it:
Yep, your final four will be (in no particular order) Ian, Jenn, Katie and Tom.
Ill try and post a recap sometime Friday and my final picks sometime around Sunday morning (late Sunday morning.) Take care,
"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body,
but rather to skid in broadside,
thoroughly used up,
totally worn out,
and loudly proclaiming....
Wow, what a ride!"
Freepmail me if you want added to or removed from the Survivor Ping List!
Yes, Tom survives this week...he's my pick to win this...he'll have to win all the imunities though..
Overall, this has been one of the best Survivors yet: No major league a55h0les, tough challenges and strong challengers, good looking women (but still not enough), and even allowing the teams to pick themselves at the beginning.
See you tonight
I CONCUR!
Agreed. This has been my favorite season since the Australian Outback. I was a little worried they jumped the shark with the All Star season.
Thanks so much for keeping us posted on everything. All your efforts are much appreciated! I have enjoyed this Survivor more than any of the recent ones and really hope that Tom takes home the prize!
Hello. I am going to miss survivor tonight, going to a Dave Ramsey meeting. Excited about seeing Ramsey, distraught about missing Survivor. Won't be able to tape. I enjoy your recaps, hope it's very detailed as always. Thanks for hosting a good thread.
I noticed that also, a few weeks ago..I suggested here..could she be "preggers?"
4th Place $20.00
3rd Place $30.00
2nd Place $ 50.00
1st Place $100.00
So if Ian makes it through tonight, I at least double my money($10.00 buy in)!!!!!!!
Good luck winning the dough! I'm hoping the final two will be Tom and Ian. They certainly worked hard enough for it and have played the game exceptionally well.
Nah, and please stop insulting my girlfriend or I'll have to ask you to step outside.
