I've had that happen to me a few times.
Things previewed for me because my blasted machine cached the image.
When I went to post the image, behold I had the dreaded red 'x' due to the image being unviewable for unknown reasons.
Drives me nuts at times when it happens to me.
Same here. I stuck on my server so I don't know where it went wrong.
