I've worked out on machines most of the time, this is my first time with weights. I can see and feel why most say the weights are better.

I think the subject of the first picture was chemically enhanced. And the subject of the second picture was definitely surgically enhanced! ;o)

I can see and feel why most say the weights are better. Yep. You get a better range of motion and work the muscles from different directions and angles.

Where ya been? I had to make a trip to Rochester, NY. It snowed. Yipee.
Boy, they've got a lousy liberal paper up there. Rerunning all of the NY Times columnists, and for good measure Margaret Carlson from the WashPost.
The local guys were idiotic as well. A guy writes about how wrong it is that his fellow blacks use "the N word" and speaks of a conversation among young'uns he overheard. He says they "dropped more N-bombs than they did at Pearl Harbor."
Oh. So like more than zero?
And even if he could have properly identified the targets of our atomic bombs, they make a poor metaphor for something happening in superabundance. "More N-boms than they did at Hiroshima" is still only saying more than one.
