Found another good site about the Arch of Constantine
The eight medallions set in pairs over the side arches on the north and south faces were taken from an otherwise unknown monument from the period of Hadrian (117-138)
* they commemorate the Emperor's love of hunting
* and his devotion to the gods associated with it
* The north side shows from left to right
* a boar hunt
* a sacrifice to Apollo
* a lion hunt
* a sacrifice to Hercules
* on the south side are
* a scene of the hunting party preparing to set out
* a sacrifice to Silvanus
* a bear hunt
* a sacrifice to Diana
* some of the heads were replaced with those of Constantine and his eastern co-ruler, Licinius

I'm sure I could spin something funny off the "nobody" there... but I'm calling it a day. Go pick on the anti-trinitarian. :-)
Hey you layed that turd out there its yours, ain't "nobody" but you and Dave here to smell that one up.
There are people here who think of it as the Scripture (I'm married to one of 'em).
Those magic words are Gods words to us Reggie.
They don't require us to believe them, it just is what it says.
I believe you have far more troubles with the Christian faith then the Trinity.
"But Jesus said 'I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me' You do not believe this to be true and teach it to others. I believe you have rejected the only ONE true thing we can know for sure. The simple gospel, that Jesus died for our sins, that He was buried, and He arose the 3rd day. He tells us there is no other way but thru Him and Him only.
How can you not see and believe this only from reading Gods word only and no outside sources?
This far worse then the Trinity.

I'd never stop being a Christian.
Remember that one?

I find it amazing you guys put so much stock in what the councils said or what source you use. The very first Christians believed in the simple gospel, Jesus died for our sins, was buried, was raised up the 3rd day and they passed that simple fact down thru history by word of mouth, its been recorded in not only the Bible but in the history books.
If there never was a council or great church fathers of any kind this fact would still have been known to us today.
This fact would of been known even if there had never been a Bible written.
And thats all anyone needs to believe, the simple gospel.

Kinda like the old days:)

Yeah, I thought you'd appreciate it more than the chitchat about children's television programming. ;o)
Hopefully, they don't move back home after college! ;o)
You SAY that... but you don't mean it. Unless you've changed dramatically over the last couple years.
Oui... mais le Pape'... um... umm..

The immaculate conception of Mary has been passed down by word of mouth too. Do you believe in that? Do you consider the NT a history book? Because I don't find his ressurection in any other historical source. Simple fact? The only way its a "fact" is if taken by faith. I don't fault you for that. You shouldn't fault me for not believing NT is inspired either.
You learn your debating skills from IMRight? Ignore the facts and go after the credibility?
It IS strange that historians and other authors of the day do NOT mention the resurrection and the 'many' risen dead that supposedly walked around. There are some that claim Josephus did however scholars say that that was a later insertion.
I have no doubt Josephus repeated a rumor.
