Every grossly fat person I have ever known, male or female, has had yeast infection of all the skin folds EVERYWHERE. Some of them come into the ER, and stink up the entire place. It isn't dirt, it's rot.

I've never known one that didn't have diabetes, either. Some feel unbearably weak and shaky if the CBG (capillary blood glucose) drops below 150.

All that I've known were on full disability. And NONE of them wanted any reference made whatsoever to their weight.

It smells worse than baby poo.....NASTY stuff...I had some friends from OZ that tried to get me to eat the stuff...couldn't get past the smell

I see "vegemite" and all I can think of is that Lucy episode of "vitameatavegimen." I know vegemite is made out of yeast, but I like the smell of brewer's yeast, and bread yeast, just hate the smell of candida on people's skin.
