OMG.............I had totally forgotten that version!!!!!!!

what a hoot!

I've got another hoot to tell y'all.......but it's something only another woman can appreciate.

After something like 5 years, I finally decided it was time to change the color of my hair. Something I have done myself countless times over the years. The results have always been the same as having it done at the salon (except for one time, and I won't go there) and a heck of a lot cheaper.

I have the stuff in my hair right now and Jax pointed out there was a stain on my shirt. I had apparently spilled some of the color solution while applying it....no big deal because I specifically put on my "painting" shirt before I got into this.

No the big deal, and the hoot is.......the stain on my shirt is PURPLE.

Please ladies, keep your fingers crossed for me for the next 30 minutes or so........it's supposed to be auburn.....

it is so wild to see how the girls grew up from when the show first started to some of the later shows. there is no sex, no innuendo, it is really kind of cool and i laugh at this stuff, even if i have seen it before. and John Stamos is hot. is that his name? even in the 10-10-220 or whatever commercials, he is hot IMO.

I've been doing my own on and off since I was a teenager. my mother and I used to help each other pulling hair through the frosting caps.

I've only had it salon done 3 times. Once was a frosting, once was just a color job altogether and the first one was to correct the total mess I had made of a home frosting job (the one I really don't want to talk about....)

"Purple"

Depending on the brand of color, you should be okay-I color the gray in my red hair with Loreal Mega Reds medium intense auburn-it has a slight purple tinge when you put it on, but does not turn your hair purple. I have used Clairol blazing cranberry a time or two, though, and if you leave the color on too long, it will definately leave your hair with a purplish hue in the sunlight.

Clairol Herbal Essence Radiant Ruby.

I have always only used either L'Oreal or Clairol.

the timer just went off - time to start the rinsing out process..........

the way I'm looking at it is that I still have time to have it professionally fixed before the FReeper Ball if I've royally screwed up this time.

check back in a bit.
