FWIW This group has been active in the Santa Barbara area since 1983. You can see from the list of involved persons and their associations that they have an interlocking directorate. It would take months of research to untangle the relationships of all of the affiliated organizations.

You will frequently see them in the Santa Barbara News-Press presenting awards to each other. They also regularly appear on the Letters-to-the-Editor page. During political campaigns, you will see them along with the other local "Usual Suspects", in adds endorsing Democrat candidates.
