My wife and I use Snapfish (
http://www.snapfish.com). They offer plenty of space, and links are very stable. We only have to buy prints from them every year or so to keep the service active.

I use www.snapfish.com and have used www.yorkphoto.com. Both are free at first, and require only that you buy a few prints or other products once a year to keep the service. The links hold up real well when posted on even busy threads, and there is no real limit I've run into.
The only setback is that no matter what the resolution you load them at, they pictures only display at a max dimension of 480. That can be good, can be bad if you want to post a really high-res image.
