The Auburn game was so boring. It and Virginia Tech did not look impressive. But Auburn is still whining. Utah looked far better than either of those two.

I'm sure Auburn and VT would have had no trouble lighting it up against Pitt either. Speaking of teams not belonging in the BCS- Pitt should have been dropped in favor of Cal, Boisie St or Louiville

Us Virginia Tech fans didn't think so. Other than LSU, we were the only team to hold Auburn under 20 pts. all season.

And, against a lesser defense, those first three field goals would've been touchdowns.

Yes, I'm biased. What's your point? ;-)

I turned the Sugar Bowl off after three quarters because of all the hot-dogging, booty-shaking, no-class actions of the Auburn team. This reflects poorly on the players, the coach ( especially ) and the school.
They beat an ACC team by three points and they think they should be #1 - really, now...

Utah looked far better than either of those two

1) Utah played a pathetic Pittsburgh team (ranked under 20).

2) Va. tech #3 defense in the country, Auburn #4 defense in the country, that's why the score was close.

3)College football is about winning games, not impressing people that don't understand the sport.

Agree. Too bad Utah didn't get a chance to play Auburn instead of getting hooked up against a team with two losses. I'd bet Utah would have given Auburn a good drubbing.
