LOL!!! Females in heat of any species can get pretty obnoxious, but especially cats!
Most of the chains do not allowed smoking, so I will not go there.
I'm just the opposite, I won't go if they ALLOW smoking. So what's a poor restaurant owner to do? Toss a coin and hope for the best I guess.
Well, most restaurants do have smoking & non-smoking. It's the owners choice. It's when the govt. tells them what to do, that I don't like.
Try reading some of the smoking threads, if you get a chance. I don't really want to bring it to this thread. You would be so surprised, how some FReepers insult smokers.
