My husband likes to eat at truck stops when traveling. You can eat, get gas and pee all in one stop. We have eaten at some really skanky places before but lately many of them or cooking up pretty good food and nice and clean and offering a lot of amenities to travelers.. It's usually either that or he lets me out on one side of Mc Donalds and picks me up on the other:')

Truck stops are usually pretty good eatin', I think. I love greasy food.

We took the kids to a McDonald's recently that was cleaner and nicer than most upscale restaurants. I was shocked. It was all dark wood paneling and horse paintings, lights kind of down low. Unbelievable.
