It's a kid flick and actually called "Airball" about a dog named Buddy. Lot's of cute scenes about saving him from his "owner". To me, the strays more lovable. Pet Store animals seem to expect a certain level of care but the abandoned ones seem "grateful" or something. Just goes for dogs though. Cats believe they were put here for us to serve them, regardless of where they came from IMO:')
