I talked with my doctor tonight. He said women taking non-synthetic estrogen has dropped due to public awareness of premarin horses and recent attention to side effects. He seemed to feel that doctors need to treat with what works and activists need to make sure horses treated humanely but doesn't have a problem using for medical needs as the 2 should compliment and not counter each other. Kind of where I stand too.

OK Cindy, I agree with the being treated well bit, but I have obviously missed whats been going on.........what is this with this estrogen? Please explain to someone who just doesnt really have time to watch the news etc!
