Is the area where she will be lighted enough for you to watch?

We watched my mare, and to tell the truth, it isn't really anything I care to watch again:). Altho, I probably will this spring, mainly to make sure if there is a problem I will know,. It's neat to watch as soon after birth as you can catch. It's kind of funny in a heartbreaking way to watch to foal try to stand for the first time:)

Yes she has light from the workshop that we are leaving on, its also sheltered. She appears to be very restless today. Lots of stomping, tail swishing and snorting. (she is normal the quiet one).
We were lucky that although we missed Adge birth we were close behind. He was still struggling to stand and was as wobbly as could be. He struggled to find her milk too! Misty was pretty good and turned to help him.

she has not eaten her usual amount today, its still there and she is picking at it......little by little. I just hope and pray that if she foals when James isnt here, that everything goes ok. I am reading everything I can get my hands on and am probably scaring myself to death.
