For real now! I did see a pickup truck with a bed like that at a wagon ride. The bed had high rails like you'd use to haul cattle in. It tilted first, then slid backward down to ground level so that the mules could walk up it like a ramp, then the whole thing pivoted back level and onto the frame. He pulled his wagon behind the truck. I kid you not. It was kinda cool. But then I think some of them old codgers that like to wagon ride (Cav) just like to cook up stuff like that so they'll have the coolest ride in the pack. There was even one ol' dude who had a small gasoline engine mounted under his wagon that he could start up on steep hills that gave him a "power assist" for his team. It beat all I'd ever seen. (Cav, it was on the Arvil Law's ride, I don't remember if you saw it or not)
