This law definately has teeth, and is what protects establishments from liability. It would also be a good idea to have your riders sign release forms with the law stated on it as it applies to the state that you're in. That WILL protect you.

It "should" protect you. It doesn't mean tho that someone won't try to push it, and tie you up in court and cost you a lawyer, and that you won't land up with a namby pamby liberal judge that falls for it. Believe me, it can happen, and there are people who will try.
