At rides that have highline poles, you can stationary tie to a high line,they cant' be able to move up and down the line, BUT, they still want the rope tied long enough for the horse to lay down.

Yeah, I hear about "keep your arm down" too. It took me a long time to learn my arm an extention and just bring it back and forward. I used to do horrible things with the reins:') My trainer wants me getting off and on on both sides. I try it but step down. I guess I need to work on it too. She asks me what happens if I can't get up on the left.

Your CPR posts awesome. Maybe someday I can try stuff like that. Are the entry fees stiff? How did you learn about all the rules. Just trial and error?
