A lady I know slightly built a two story barn, huge thing and the top floor is their house. I don't know what the floor plan is like.

That occurs a lot around here. You buy property and fences and barns go up first and people live in the barns until the house built.

I'm with them! I am scanning pictures of my boarding stable dream barn I've drawn up.... It has a temp home in it that would become the office for the stable later on if/when the house was built.
