It is a dog........ : )
I camped in a really cool camper that was an old school bus. They just moved in real furniture to lay it out, installed old kitchen cabinets, was pretty comfortable!
I didn't think I had much of an accent but I took the train to Jacksonville awhile back and a bunch of northerners vacationing and drove me nuts about it.
Well of course Silly Rabbit. All ya gotta do is mount some hydraulics on the frame under the chassis and tilt the whole back end down to ground level and they can just walk right in, wagon and all, then tilt it back up and drive off! ;o)
There is no way that I could find to make it work. It is too narrow and the ceiling too low. Also, it is so high off the pavement that loading and unloading would be a nightmare.
okay.... ;~D I guess I'll leave it at that. Seems to me it'd be better than nothing if you wanted a helmet.
I was thinking about that. 4 seat and an isle. 10- 11 feet?
Yeah, and they funny thing about them is that THEY don't think THEY have an accent.
Please, if you get a chance. I would like to at least look at some. I think I want to replace the stirrups on my saddle for some that are a little wider, and I might as well go for the break aways if I can.
Hey, I have kin that lives in those things lol
That is more of what I have in mind for an old bus. The difference in the school bus and the big bus is that the big bus can travel at Interstate highway speeds.
Dunno, just looking so far. : )
I know you know this, but I'll indulge you anyways. ANSI standards for bicycle helmets are not as high as for equestrian helmets. It's not the speed that matters but the height. You're falling from maybe 5 feet on a bike and from closer to 10 on a horse.
LOL! Not thought of it in that manner...... : )
Yeah - I 'spose. But bike helmets ought to be designed for a likely tangle with concrete or a car, and for much higher speeds, so I'd think the height difference in the design should even out ;~D
A low rider! Now you're talking:')
I guess rudeness is not confined to any particular part of the country. I appologize for my fellow Southerners who usually have better manners than that.
