last night i read in Dick's book that Clinton was so worried that people would think he wasn't smart and didn't have an original thought, that he would not let Morris draft the State of the Union address on the computer, but wanted him to do it longhand, until Morris prevailed upon him to find a Smith Corona TYPEWRITER that he could use, and as he typed a page, he had to walk it in to Bubbaloon, so he could recopy it in his own handwriting! he didn't want even his STAFF to know that it wasn't his own original material.
