Yes, 'Civ is aware that there have been at least two claims of refutation of Hartung's original paper, but those "refutations" are specious.

The 2004 MN4 data hasn't changed much in a couple of months, although it still has a Torino 1, while 2000 SG344 has Torino 0. :')
