they saw no next of kin in Paulton Allens entire file Except me as his attorney but not his inheritor He said it is the Central Bank Regulations and the I.D.B policy on dormant account for the period of ten years as
the policy says that such fund should be forfeited to government treasury .

After scrutinizing his entire file within my Chamber i discovered that he had no next of kin in his entire file with us too On that issue i opened up to the manager on my intention to move the funds for investments abroad. He then adviced me to look for a foreigner because Paulton
Allens is not a citizen of Benin,And he told me that the fund will be processed as a contract sum in the name of the new benficiary,the deposit was contract sum paid into late paultons account on the order of the Federal Ministry of finance to the Central Bank. I am contacting you
because of the need to involve a foreigner with foreign account as the foreign beneficiary. I need your full co-operation to make this transaction work. All i need from you is your full name and address,including your bank account informations where the funds will be processed into. i will also need your telephone and fax numbers for oral communications too. We can sign a binding agreement between us and i will suggest we scan copies of our international pasport or drivers license as a form of

I'm Pastor Paul Ciniraj from India. The mentioned message which Lazamataz posted to All as "{URGENT AND CONFIDENTIAL) RE: INDIA RELIEF FUNDS" is not from me. It is what we call Nigerian Scam. What they do is promising this kind of multi millions for mutual investment or buisiness transaction and asking money for its expenses. It is absolutely fraud and cheating. I think poor people might believe and sending money as well as going to African countries or where they are asking to go to sign the Affidavit. If you go, you will be in danger. They might kill you. We must have an international remedy against it. I request U.N.O. to consider this Scam very serious and put a end of it.

The mentioned message says about the Royal Bank of India. India's Bank is not Royal Bank. India is a democratic nation and India will never allow such kind of cheatings to anyone. India is a secular nation and we love India as our mother. We never allow to spoil the good name of India among other nations.

For me I'm a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. I'm not a barrister. I love Jesus Christ for He is my Lord and Saviour. Because I love India as my mother, I love to win India for the love of Jesus Christ from whom all the goodness and salvation come. I'm neither a millionare, nor rich. But an ordinary man. I cannot give anybody millions and I don't keep millions in any of the securuty companies. But by grace of God I can verily say I'm rich in Spirit. I'm rich before the Lord, for the King of kings and Lord of lords is my Eeverything. And I belong to Him.

Now we're suffering because of the tsunami disaster. I'm a prayer warror of Free Public since last few months. Also I love President Bush personally and I love America and pray everyday to GOD BLESS AMERICA. I'm a prayer warrior of Pray4Bush. So I use to visit the site of Free Public, praying for President Bush and all the brothers and sisters of America as well as other nations, and update our prayer requests to the Pray page.
