Merry Christmas to you too, Sweets;
The wife has been doing mom-duty in the US. Her mom is 93 and has been pretty much living by herself with limited help, but has started to slow down. She lives on a 20-acre place about 10-miles from town and won't be able to do that any longer. So the sweet wifey is in the US and I'm stuck down here.
Some of the fun is going out of this whole scenario.
