College sports is the same as pro sports these days except the players risk career-halting injuriies without any compensation, while the universities make a bundle.
Sporting events have become WAY to important in our culture.
well like it or not, Sports are a part of our culture and it isnt going to go away anytime soon.
The players do get compensated, full ride scholarships with the chance to make millions by showing off your talents against your peers...
