No, this one appears to come in through your Internet connection like the Code Red worm did a while back.
-- fill up your gas tank tonight --
Many CAN'T install it because of a bug in installing the Genuine Windows Verification system -- there's a
workaround.

UN Poised to Take Over the Internet -- Although the Internet is much what you say it is, it is centrally controlled, and that controller of the network can be subject to outside control. Companies like Genuity, who were BBN, the developers of the scheme we use now, are among the many who manage the vast network of servers and connectivity (Verizon is one company) and the software that drives it and then sells the connectivity to your ISP which sells it to you. Without these folks we would be back to direct modem to modem dial up for connectivity as we were (or maybe just me) back in the very early 1980's.
The Internet is indeed vulnerable to outside control, and Bill and Hillary, the CFR, the political and cultural elite, and the one world government types (GWB) can't wait to get their filthy hands on it so as they confiscate our guns, we have less ability to fight off the enslavers.
