Xandros is getting close to that.

This note however is coming from a recently installed CentOS Linux system,....

It installed pretty easy also.

Apple adopts controversial security chip
-- This article speculates that there is no viable reason for Apple to use the ID to track users—and this is probably true—but makes no mention of the government's motivation and capabiity to do so. What Apple can use the chip for the government can as well. And not only our government.

 Customizing FVWM -- I needed a lightweight front end. I looked at both FVWM and TWM and felt that both of them would be too different for Windows users to figure out quickly. I settled on XFCE. Lightweight, fast, low overhead, and quite usable.
