How about "Hear here!!"?

Imagine my surprise to find that what the baliff calls out in court (which sounds like "here yee") is spelled "Oyez"! Who knew?

How about "Hear here!!"?

It's "Hear! hear!" and is a command to listen to what the speaker has said.
