I'd like to see a permanent veterans 527 organization. The usual veterans organizations just don't seem to be of much use.

Before the election I posted if Bush won the election he could thank john O'Neill and his Swiftees. If Bush lost, he could well blame the absence of quantities of WMDs found in Iraq.

In the event, Kerry simply lost his legitimacy, his credibility, his claim to be heard on any issue of war. His flip flops on the war only confirmed his history as a poseur and an opportunist.

God bless John O'Neill who only grew in esteem as he crusaded on doggedly in the teeth of the rawest kind of cynicism which infected the MSM.

1 - an interesting well told story.

Three cheers for john O'Neill and the Swift Boat Vets for Truth. Once again, they have come through for their country.

"With only one halting exception, the mainstream media refused to investigate the sworn affidavits of 60 credible witnesses to Kerry's behavior, or to follow up on the abundance of additional information given them... The mainstream media's zeal in chasing down every scrap of trivia about Bush's service stands in sharp contrast. That alone strongly suggested a liberal bias. This behavior by some of the liberal media was purposeful."

One quibble -- the use of "That alone".
