How do yo post a picture. I am still new.

Using HTML (there are many tutorials on the net).

Example:
<img src="http://tinypic.com/kx45d" width=185 height=270>

Gives you this:

[RedBloodedAmerican]

copy this entier thing

<img src="PutThePictureURLhere">

and in the quote marks is the URL of the image

[WildTurkey]

<img src="http://basscartoons.com/forums/uploads/post-7-1103146915.jpg" height=yyy width=xxx%gt;

height and width are optional but sometimes makes it look nicer and adds page loading.
