Worry only serves to make your body stressed and more susceptible to illness. (Worrying yourself sick is not just a saying.) The only way to combat worry is by getting a plan of action to solve the problems you are concerned about. If your problem is totally out of your control, then just pray about it and let God do it all. He is much more powerful than you are, and wiser too. ;)
