The Giants gave up so many draft picks to get Eli and they need a lot of help in the secondary, with the LBers, and I don't think Hilliard or Toomer are going to be good enough to be a strength. Plus, Tiki Barber is likely coming to the end of his stardom.
I've got no idea what direction Parcells is going in. They don't have a QB of the future on that roster and the LBing corps is limited. I almost think that Parcells may have lost that team.
The Redskins also have given up quite a few picks and Snyder still seems to think Free Agency is the way to go. Their biggest Defensive star, Lavaar Arington, plays lights out, but that's going to shorten his career. Gibbs at least still has his team going in an otherwise lost season.
With 5 picks on day one, and a relatively young team, the future looks bright in Eagleville.
