Actually, I feel great! I guess I am extremely fortunate to be nipping this thing in the bud before it got completely crazy and out of hand. The first two days, I craved donuts--the sugar thing. But then I read up on nutrition, etc., and cut out my refined sugars and started taking vitamins, and that really helped. The best thing? NO MORE WAKING UP FEELING LIKE CRAP!
