I heard a snippet about the prosecution cross examining a witness with the question, "Does THE Scott Peterson YOU KNOW...." That sums it all up, there are two (at least) Scott Petersons and one of them killed his family.

The prosecution asked the woman if she knew that Scott was having an affair with Amber Frey.

That is all he asked!!!!

Well done!! It's about time that question was asked of all those hypocritical witnesses talking about what a great guy Scott was.
