Dude, you can't run anything worth a crud on Linux.

If one needs a server, Linux is a reasonable choice. But for the normal consumer, Linux is about a dumb a choice as they come.

Consumer-oriented Linux works for internet browsing and a limited set of other products such as OpenOffice.

Having a non-crashing computer is not worth leaving behind every application one can buy at a Best Buy or similar store.
