I encourage you to do a Freerepublic search for "Yoko." Make sure to search older articles also. Your opinion may change after doing so.

Good soft-sell. I'll tell ya, if she's promoting something, she's doing a pretty poor job of it! If what you imply is correct, she retains big points for not acting like the cheap whore most of the entertainment industry currently does. Opinion unchanged.

I've gotten into discussions here where the Beatles were totally villified... then a guy named Eminem came along, and the Beatles seemed like the Mormon Tabenacle Choir.

The Beatles were the masters of their game, and like someone else posted, never took themselves too seriously.

Can't make me hate 'em or their women.

The Beatles are my favorite band and Lennon my favorite of the band. I have paid a lot of attention to Yoko's antics over the years.

I would never blame Yoko for breaking up the Beatles, because the simple fact is that John desperately wanted out by the time she came on the scene. She did, however, get him addicted to heroin and is a talentless poseur who made him look like an ass in front of the world on many occasions. Watch the Live Peace in Toronto video some time for a good example.

Furthermore, when you judge her class, you should consider that she is wealthy beyond words due to John's talent, not hers, but refuses to share any of it with John's son, Julian, who has struggled for years.

It matters not to me what your views of her are. You should be aware, however, that if you were in a room with one hundred people who have been paying attention, you would likely be the only one supporting her.
