I like Kevin. I think Kelly is kind of flat but on the whole this is a terrible group.
I kind of liked ol Maria, she knew how to mix it up a bit..
I about fell out of my chair when one of the 'rewards' was a weekend at the Hamptons with Da-Knees Rich..sounds more like a weekend from hell to me!
Which goes to show that you can't just take someone with no experience in construction and tell him to build you a skyscraper. He should have taken the golf course job.
As someone else said, the very premise of the show is a little - fuzzy.
Yes, she brought some interesting characteristics to the old table.
LOL
(when these characters get the boot it does make it a bit more boring)
My daughter and I like Kevin, too (Hubby rolls his eyes as we watch and comment---and boy did she get a lesson last night---she was NOT impressed with Ivana, to say the least).
When Kevin sweated during his Levis presentation it brought him down some points, but we've been rooting for him. I was disappointed last night when he didn't censor Ivana for her disgraceful behavior and instead says he respects her.
But again, she might be the only one to land a real job with Trump after the last episode airs. She might be a good lawyer for his organization.
Earlier this year, there was a burly Italian guy on the show who was running Trump's bankrupt Atlantic City casinos filling in who was much more entertaining in the boardroom.
George does something because he's the one who occasionally is gone on business for Trump (and has a fill in, as you noted).
I have heard Carolyn runs one of his (drumroll)...golf courses.
There was some big time chemistry there last season..
That was awesome, he should do that on every show.
But the internet bettors have spoken and are putting the money where their mouths are..
That's all she did was complain about Jen. Did you see when she went into the losing teams room last week to try to convince them to get rid of her? She was so jealous of her, it was absurd. I thought she would end up talking about "Jen" in the taxi.
She must have felt pretty pathetic when she pulled down her skirt and still couldn't outsell her. Her envy finally did her in.
If this wasn't a set up, and Ivana did that on her own, she is a real idiot.
Ivana was a whiny gossiping jerk and what she did was in fact worse.
If you need it explained why, it's too hopeless to even try.
In other words, I like my sexual stimulation to be seperate from everything else I do. Men like to focus. It's hard to focus on business when you're examining a G-String.
There's a time to be turned on, and a time to work, and we divide our effectiveness in both when we mix 'em up.
and "tramps on Wall Street" is almost axiomatic.
Candy bars don't cost five dollars, they cost TWENTY. Didn't you watch the show? They had three inspectors HAND SELECTING from among a very small run of bars even deemed worthy of passing inspection. Again, they don't do much more to box up coins for proof sets at the Denver mint. These particular bars bear no resemblance to a production run. These particular bars should have been encased practically as collectors items - and ALL SOLD for TWENTY dollars! or more!
None of the players seemed to appreciate the premium nature of the handful of bars they had to sell. Like you, they imagined these were just like the bars you see on the rack at the checkout counter. If they did attempt to explain the origin and production of the bars, that wasn't shown to the audience. Kevan was there trying to dump the bars and go home. Hey - fiftycen, fiftycen, whole box, it's yours.
George doesn't know WHAT he thinks. George isn't "with George". That's a toadies life, always contradicting oneself, always agreeing with the boss. Yes, boss. Great move, bosss. Good job, boss.
George is successful - right?
I still am amazed that Ivana made it this far. I thought she was a twit from day one, just slightly better than that tiny little lawyer with the bad hair. She was obnoxious.
I think it will be Kelly. But, I also thought it was going to be Nick last time, so... take that for what it's worth.
