Yeah, if you are a Brewers fan it has to make you weep :/
Wrong Beltran. :)
Good. As long as it isn't Carlos Beltran. He needs to stay in Houston with the 'Stros.
Speaking of Stros, what happened to Strohs Beer? Not sold in Texas anymore.
Not the Beltran I was thinking.
The Yankees lay in wait...
Hey its the home of PBR beer. Had to have been a top consideration for Beltran.
About as good as it is going to get in Brew Town.
Seeing as he won't be wearing Twins gray, which I'd love, I wonder if you're right. I also wonder how much money Steinbrenner will offer him.
Rigo Beltran, what a catch and to a minor league deal no less.
Naw, George will pay him whatever it takes.
Whenever I hear PBR I think of Dennis Hopper in "Blue Velvet":
"Heineken sucks! Pabst Blue Ribbon!"
The Brewers signed a minor leaguer. Stop the presses.
George would be better off buying some pitching.
Beltran signed for 700k a year! What a bargain...
True, but Beltran isn't the kind of player da King can pass on.
Just wait until they sign Infantino Beltran.
true words!
They're waiting at least until they sign two starters. The Yanks might also need a catcher before it's over, if they deal Posada to get Johnson.
