Well it would be nice to see Peter Sellers' character moving in the Heaven sequence rather than the cardboard cutout that the producers were forced to use after Orson Welles' fit.
What they need to do is bring spectre back into the bond movies.
What made the oriuginal Bond films so great, among other things), was that it was cutting edge technology. Thunderball was filmed in 1965 for example with use of underwater jet boats.....real cool and not commercially available for years.
I'm sure there are hundreds of examples but the films always used thins that were real cutting edge for the times and many of these things actually became available to the retail market years later.
For example, perhaps they should use these eye in the sky plans we use in Iraq and elsewhere to see around corners.....etc.
The invisible car in the last few films was a joke.
Exactly. Too much of a stretch, as are some other things. It can't be a mockery. The originals were almost believable.
Moonraker - the exception that makes the rule.
Yes "BUT" it did use shuttles which docked at space stations.....at least that is believable. Sending poison into our atmosphere? Somewhat believable as well.
Actually the US army is trying to use such technology on future tanks to camouflage them, so it's not such a stretch.
