Why don't we move all the cities out of the country? I'll second that! We can start with San Francisco and follow up with Los Angeles/Hollywood/Burbank and surrounding environs......relocate them to some place in France, would be my choice. They deserve each other! Or, maybe they would prefer China where they could enjoy a government tailored more to their altruistic tastes. ;-)

Let's start with SF, LA, Chicago and Boston. I think either France, Russia or China would suit them fine.
