What screws it up is UCSB, which, like most universities, spreads the venom of liberalism.

Ah, yes.....UCSB. I forgot about that. I know this is dating me, but I remember visiting my parents in Goleta during the late 60's and hearing guns shots being fired one night in Isla Vista during the height of the civil unrest at UCSB. It wasn't as bad as Kent State or Berkeley, but I think most of the Universities across the country experienced some level of demonstrations and unrest during that time. Seems nothing ever really changes, especially when it comes to our liberal think-tanks.

By the way, I have never properly complemented you on your graphics. They are fabulous! I look forward to them every morning.

Oh, what a sweet thing to say! Thank you very much. I love making graphics from things I find on the internet, and I enjoy being able to contribute to the talent here at Amy's Place. Heaven knows I couldn't write a poem if my life depended on it. LOL!
