I've heard nothing but good about Foxfire here on FR, but I'm a non-techie, in a remote (but beautiful valley). Is there a site that would hand carry a person of limited knowledge through the conversion process. I have AOL.

I have AOL and no DSL or high speed connection available(one of the small trade offs)

So far as I know, AOL shouldnt stop you from using firefox. You just download it, connect to the internet, and use firefox instead of another browser. For instance, IE is still on my computer, I just dont use it, I click on the firefox icon instead. I know AOL is different, but its still a browser just like IE or firefox. download site is here...
Firefox But maybe you should ask someone who knows AOL first.
